I tried to add the Spanish title (La melancolía de Haruhi Suzumiya) but it shows this text:

I don't know if something happened long time ago, but the title is from its home video release:

Fixed. It appears what happened is that years ago, someone Google Translated a ton of anime titles to Spanish and added them en-masse, and promptly had all their submissions marked as spam, even if they just so happened to actually generate a valid Spanish title. I've re-added it with the information you've given.
