Berserk Board Game Offered With English Instructions

The Kensin production company's Art of War store announced on Thursday that it will release a two-player board game based on the Berserk anime films. Berserk Board Game – BATTLE OF BERSERK – is slated for release by the middle or end of May. The company is streaming a video going over basic rules.

Players battle as characters Guts and Griffith during the Golden Age arc. Casca, Skull Knight, Zodd, and Pippin pieces are also included.

The board game will retail for 4,000 yen (about US$40) before shipping. The game is in Japanese but English-speaking buyers will receive a translated document with the game.

Art of War has released Berserk merchandise in the past including accessories, jewelry, and sculpted figures.
